Store Overview -We offer products that have actually been field-tested and previously installed by our company. We've narrowed our choices of preferred equipment, which helps us fully understand the characteristics of each product. This also helps us develop personal relationships with our short-list of product manufacturers.
Product Installation -
We offer installaton for each and every one of our products if you reside in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Why is this important? Because most Internet retailers will NOT provide installation or handle warranty claims once the product is installed by a 3rd-party contractor. We provide full support and warranty for every product installed. Love Pool Care provides a 30 day warranty on any installation. This warranty includes workmanship and material. It does not cover problems not associated with our installation.
Low-Price Guarantee -
We will not be undersold by "big-box" chains (i.e. Leslie's Pool Supply, Shasta, or Paddock). If you find one of our products higher than these local companies, just let us know... and we'll match their price.
Shipping & Handling-
Over $100.00: FREE
Under $100.00: $9.95 per order
Most items we sell are shipped via UPS Ground. However occasionally we do use other methods like USPS or in-house shipping. Items are delivered with no signature required unless requested for in the comments field by the customer. We are not responsible for items left by UPS without a signature.
Returns of non-defective (unused and un-installed) merchandise to Love Pool Care are permitted within 30 days of invoice date with prior approval.
Returns to Love Pool Care must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Please email us to obtain a return form and return approval number prior to ALL returns. All returns MUST be accompanied by a return form and return approval number. Items returned without a return form and return approval number will be refused. Return approval numbers are item specific and are only good for the item they were issued to. The returned item must match the item authorized for return. Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in re-sellable condition and include all literature, warranty cards etc.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied on merchandise when we receive it. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
All returns must be sent via UPS. We suggest you insure your returns. Love Pool Care is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment.
At Love Pool Care we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality pool supplies at the lowest possible prices. Possession of printed material downloaded from our website does not constitute a binding agreement. Customers are frequently notified prior to completing their order to confirm information and correct pricing errors such as sales tax omissions for Arizona shipment destinations.
Love Pool Care does not sell any used or refurbished products. All products are new and come with a full manufacturer warranty. In the unlikely event you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Feel free to contact us by email if you require assistance. If the warranty involves shipping to the manufacturer for repair, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. If we installed your product(s), contact us and we'll set up warranty service.
Love Pool Care does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are through the manufacturer. Love Pool Care expressly disclaims liability for any injury, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective, and that obligation is limited.
Once Love Pool Care ships an order it can not be cancelled. We incur shipping costs after pickup which the buyer is responsible for. There are no exceptions. To avoid charges it is the buyer's responsibility to contact Love Pool Care immediately following mistakes made during checkout.
