If our Service Technicians identify an issue during their regular visit, our office will promptly schedule a manager or Repair Technician to investigate, provide recommendations, and resolve the matter on the spot whenever possible. We understand that maintaining a perfect pool requires ongoing attention, especially with factors like weather, usage, or unforeseen issues. While any company has limited resources, we are committed to making these follow-up visits work for you, within reason, because your satisfaction and happiness with your pool are our top priorities.
