The installation was super clean. We had some error messages with the spa pumps but they were diligently resolved. I thought the caliber of employees was very high. Our long time tech, Wes, retired a few months ago and I was sad to see him go since he was so friendly and knowledgeable. But our new tech, Ethan, has also been great. He takes time to do the little things, and our pool is always sparkling when he's done. Their office is also very responsive and easy to work with. They come weekly to service our pool and spa which is now 25 years old. Jeremy is our service provider. He is absolutely wonderful. We have had numerous pool service companies over the years but no one provides the care that Jeremy does. He takes such pride in his work. He is quite personable and full of enthusiasm towards his work. He leaves the pool sparkling with it being a jewel in our backyard. The Honest FAQs

How much does weekly pool service cost?

Most residential pool services cost between $165 and $275/month for full chemistry, brushing, vacuuming, baskets, and a photo report after every visit. Book a free on-site assessment, and we’ll send a tech out for a comprehensive quote.

Do I need to be home when you service?

Nope. Most of our customers aren’t. We just need gate access, a code, a lockbox, or an unlocked side gate. You’ll get a photo report so you can see exactly what we did.

What's included in the chemistry test?

Free chlorine, total chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, salt (if applicable), and phosphates. We adjust on-site and log every reading to your account.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, fully licensed (AZ ROC #355126), bonded, and insured with $2M general liability plus workers’ comp. We’ll send you a copy of our COI on request.

What if I need a repair?

Your tech will diagnose on the spot and text you a fixed-price quote. No diagnostic fee for active customers, no upselling, no “while we’re here” surprises. You approve before we fix your pool.

Are you pet-friendly?

Absolutely. We’re dog-people (and cat-people, and tortoise-people, we’ve met a few). Your tech will always close the gate behind them, watch for paws around the equipment pad, and leave a chew-toy radius around any chemicals. Just give us a heads-up about any pets at home in your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. We’d rather earn your business every month than trap you in one.

How long do weekly service visits take?

Most visits take between 15–45 minutes, depending on your pool’s size and condition. Our technicians work efficiently, but never rush. We typically make 4-5 service visits per month. Every visit includes a full chemistry test, cleaning, and a detailed service summary emailed straight to you when we’re done.
