• Manage Client Service Route Of 60-80 Pools Per Week. Monday - Friday
• Small Equipment Repairs/Replacements Based On Ability

Renovation & New Build Project Manager

What Does This Position Consist Of?

• Procuring & Managing Multiple Renovation & New Build Projects
• Estimating
• Communicate With Subs, Crews, Employees, Clients
• Proficient With All City/County Permitting
• Understand & Apply Appropriate Building Codes
• Pool Studio + CAD Are Beneficial, But Not Required
